钢纤维混凝土的配合比设计尚未有成熟合理的设计方法,国外有关学者曾介绍过关于钢纤维混凝土配合比设计方面的资料,提出一些参考用表和经验配合比,国内有关单位也曾提出以抗折强度为指标进行钢纤维混凝土配合比设计。但大多数仍按普通混凝土的配合比设计方法,以混凝土的抗压强度确定配合比,只是适当调整砂率、用水量和水泥用量。按此确定的配合比为了获得较高的抗折强度或抗拉强度,势必使得抗压强度也相应提高,这是不必要的。钢纤维混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度与水泥标号、水灰比、钢纤维体积率和长径比、砂率、单位用水量等因素有关。水灰比、水泥标号对混凝土的抗压强度影响较大,钢纤维体积率和长径比、水泥标号对抗拉强度和抗折强度影响较大,砂率、单位用水量对混凝土的和易性影响较大。 Steel fiber concrete mixture ratio design is not yet mature and reasonable design methods, related scholars abroad was introduced with steel fiber concrete mixture ratio design information, and puts forward some reference tables and the mix proportioning of the experience and the relevant domestic units was put forward based on flexural strength index of steel fiber concrete mixture ratio design.
